I run our advisory consulting division here at Leadenhall and also have responsibility across the business for hiring, performance management and our P&L. We work with a number of boutique consultancies and strategy houses as well as in-house strategy roles for a variety of blue-chip organisations in North America and the UK. We typically cover roles ranging from Consultant to Director level and base salaries anywhere from $100,000 to $500,000. Having worked with a variety of different sized firms I probably have enjoyed the partnerships with my smaller clients more, there’s a sense of satisfaction seeing the growth of the firm over the years of your partnership and the relationships as a whole tend to be a lot more two way.
