Smita has extensive experience and a strong track record built over a career in search and selection recruitment within the not for profit, education and public sectors. She has worked with a diverse range of organisations to appoint Chief Executives, Senior Executives and Non-Executive Directors, and has successfully managed retained campaigns throughout her tenure. Smita works alongside Joanna Moriarty and the wider Charities and Social Enterprise Executive team. She will bring her passion and energy to the search team and will specialise in the disability, health and military sectors, and Membership organisations and regulatory bodies.
