Christoph holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Economic Sciences (UFSIA) and has completed a postgraduate specialisation in Board & Director Effectiveness at the Guberna Institute for Directors. He has been working for more than 20 years in strategic Human Resources consultancy. He started his career at Amelior, afterwards joined Schelstraete & Desmedt as a Senior Executive Search Consultant, and has been a Partner at Altior since 2007. With his HR and entrepreneurial background, he feels very much at home in a wide range of industries, including industry and automotive, logistics, life sciences, food and fast-moving consumer goods as well in areas such as retail, e-commerce and professional services. In addition to serving as a job matchmaker on C-level, Christoph also acts as a trusted, reliable and honest advisor to his many long-standing clients, putting his specialist knowledge and vast network to good use.
