Jemma is a partner in True's Product, Data & Technology practice. Her clients include both high-growth consumer tech companies such as Glossier and Instacart, as well as public companies like Etsy, Spotify and WW (formerly Weight Watchers). While at True, Jemma developed a passion for the future impact and application of data science for our clients and the consumer industry at large. As a result, she was asked to champion the company's Product, Data & Technology practice. Prior to joining True, Jemma worked in the technical recruiting arm at WinterWyman, a boutique search firm where she recruited top engineering talent for tech startups. Jemma earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in business management and a minor in spanish from Bentley University in Boston. Originally from Melbourne, Australia, she currently resides in NYC and enjoys traveling to major cities all over the world.
