HR Consultant, university teacher, public speaker, book author, I'm finishing my phd in labour sciences. Graduated in law (Lisbon), with a Pg in HR, a course per Judge and an MBA (Marketing - Univ.Católica), I worked more than 25 years as HR Director in top companies of several sectors, namely Tabaqueira (Philip Morris), Electroliber (distribution), Smithkline Beecham / GSK (Pharmaceutical), 2 at Altitude Software, Essilor Portugal (Lenses Industry), Opway (Construction) and 1,5 Banco Finantia (Investment Banking). I published 6 books and I write regularly in several Management Magazines and newspapers. I received the first career award given to an HR Professsional in Portugal.
