Biography
Graeme began his career in FMCG search in Newcastle, which led to him meeting William Chase the founder of Tyrrells crisps, who he went on to work with directly, building out the brand in the North of England. Moving to London in 2007 he spent 3 years importing continental food for Waitrose, which took him to Italy, Spain, France, Germany, Belgium, Poland and Greece to source the best food each country had to offer, not a bad job! During this time Graeme helped create and launch the ‘Unearthered’ continental food brand which you can still find on the shelves of Waitrose today.
In 2011 he moved into executive search, working in Europe and North America across multiple industries. Over the past 12 years, he has been fortunate to partner with some of the worlds most recognised and admired brands in building leadership teams and continues to enjoy doing so today.
Aside from work, having grown up on a farm in Northumberland, Graeme has always had a passion for the great outdoors, animals, agriculture and tractors! He played rugby from the age of 5 to 32 (when his knees told him it was time to call it a day!) Now, his passions are cycling and football having recently become a Fulham season ticket holder. Things that make him happy are the Northumberland coastline, good pizza and dog walks in Richmond Park.
