Vitaly started his career in the HR field at Pepsi Co as a recruitment specialist. Since 1995 and as a result of openings of CIS branch offices, he has been engaged in formation of teams in cities in Russia, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. Vitaly participated in the launch of the Kazakhstan and Central Asian market of HH.ru Company (www.hh.ru), as a partner and co-investor of the project in the region (with Mail.ru Group). As a partner of Word Howell (www.whru.com) in Kazakhstan and Central Asia he took an active part in the process of opening and promoting executive search services in the region. Since 1998 Vitaly has been General Manager of IRC Kazakhstan (VRV Consultants). In addition to executive search services in the region of Kazakhstan and Central Asia, the firm also offers recruitment at middle-level management levels.
