Before joining Salveson Stetson Group, Liz was an Associate with Howard Fischer Associates in Philadelphia. Prior to that, she spent several years in various human resources roles, focusing primarily on recruiting. Liz worked for Mitchell Madison Group in New York, a global management consulting firm, as an Undergraduate Recruiting Coordinator where she helped manage large-scale campus recruiting activities at Ivy League and other top universities. A generalist, Liz’s experience includes conducting searches for executives in every functional area of non-profit, public and private organizations. Earlier in her career, she was a Human Resources Coordinator for Time Inc., the publishing division of Time Warner. Liz holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in both Human Resources Administration and Psychology from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
