Niels Knegtmans studied at Eindhoven University of Technology, where he earned both his Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management and his Master's degree in Innovation Management. During the last six months of his master's program, Niels worked part-time at De Vroedt & Thierry. Immediately after graduating in mid-2023, he joined the company full-time as an executive researcher/junior consultant. In this role, he supports De Vroedt & Thierry's partners in their search for future-proof (top) talent and the leaders and supervisors in a digital world. Simultaneously, he focuses on the digital transformation of core processes.
