UK born, Jack has worked in the UK, the US and Australia and he utilises his deep industry knowledge and global network to assist clients source leading global talent. He has appointed executives in the UK, Central Europe, the Americas, Asia and Australia. Jack commenced his search career with Armstrong Wolfe, a boutique UK based executive search firm where he specialised in C-suite COO, business management and risk roles within institutional banking and consulting. Jack split his time between London and New York supporting several large European banks on a diverse range of mandates covering COO, risk, regulatory, data, culture and fraud technology. Jack moved to Sydney in 2016, joining Oceans Group as the practice lead focusing on financial services and professional services. Jack holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Exercise Sciences and in his earlier career was a semi-professional football player and founded and led a coaching business.
