She specialises in mid-to-senior appointments across the property sector, partnering with leading retail landlords, residential and commercial developers, as well as private equity and institutional clients. Bella established Redpath’s Marketing practice in 2016, creating a trusted presence in the property recruitment sector over more than a decade. By 2025, she marks 10 years with Redpath Partners, bringing deep expertise, extensive networks, and strong candidate insights that consistently deliver high-quality talent solutions. Her practice recruits across marketing, communications, brand, project marketing, digital marketing, corporate affairs, investor relations, and sales, providing comprehensive support for clients’ marketing and communications teams. Bella’s career is uniquely diverse. Prior to recruitment, she gained marketing and communications experience with global brands such as Giorgio Armani and Westpac, before founding and growing the award-winning Pink Salt Hospitality Group in Sydney. Her entrepreneurial success, combined with leadership roles in styling and media, provides her with a creative and commercial perspective, which she applies to building high-performing marketing teams across the property sector.
