Kristy is the reason we have a Houston office. She took the leap of faith and joined our young firm and we are so glad she did. Kristy leads our Executive Search practice. As a proven performer, leader, and team player she has consistently delivered results throughout her career. With an uncanny talent of staying level-headed and telling it like it is, she brings passion to every relationship and strives to be a recruiting partner with her clients and candidates. Kristy graduated from the University of Houston with a BS in Psychology. She stays active with her husband Dave, two daughters Ellie (10) and Blakely (12), and two fur babies (Rudy & Millie). Alongside her daughter Blakely, she really enjoys giving back to her community through the Azalea Chapter of the National Charity League, Inc. a mother-daughter philanthropic organization committed to community service, leadership development and cultural enrichment.
