I have a degree in economics and have been in the HR business for over 30 years. I began my HR career at Dresdner Bank AG, where I worked at various locations in Germany and the USA. In my career as an HR interim manager, I have held a variety of responsible management positions, for example as Global HR Director, Change / Restructuring Manager, Head of HR or HR Director for companies such as Germanischer Lloyd, BorgWarner, Thermofischer, Shell, ABM Amro and Ascom. My professional focus is on compensation and benefits, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, works council and union work, introduction of modern HR instruments, recruiting of managers and payroll. I am also still available as an interim manager in these areas. I am married, have two grown-up children and live near Frankfurt. I keep fit with long-distance swimming and mountain climbing. I also enjoy working with wood.
