Shirine Al-Sadi is a Consultant at Stanton Chase London. She has been working in executive search since 2016 and has handled search mandates for senior-level roles across various sectors including financial services, fintech, ESG/sustainability, social impact, and management consulting. Shirine specializes in hiring diverse talent for leadership positions, such as investment professionals, value creation, and head of strategy positions for top-tier private equity, venture capital, investment management, growth equity, and asset management firms across Europe, the US, and Asia. Shirine is passionate about developing and growing the sustainability community. She has built a network of leaders at the forefront of sustainability and engages with senior stakeholders to fill their key positions with experienced sustainable/impact investors. She advises clients in the investment and fintech sectors on their diversity, equity, and inclusion processes to build more inclusive work cultures. Shirine started her career in the digital space and has multiple years of experience in digital production (web and movies). She launched the James Bond promotional trailer for the Quantum of Solace film in several markets, producing one of the largest and most complex digital campaigns in six different languages. She worked with WPP companies as a project planning director and production manager and handled in-house recruitment and processes, building the company’s global account and project management offering. Additionally, Shirine was appointed by Microsoft and the Assembly for Professionals and Technicians to serve as one of the ten jurors for the ME Web Awards ceremony. Shirine wrote and illustrated a children’s book that has been published in two languages. In her free time, she coaches graduates on their career progression and roadmap. Shirine holds a double Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design and Interior Design from the Lebanese American University, chartered by the University of the State of New York. She was awarded the Best Design for open space environments. Shirine is a native speaker of English, French, and Arabic.
