He has more than 15 years of experience in Executive Search and Executive Development, as well as in Organizational and Cultural Development.

He is a Member of boards and committees of several companies, such as BRF, Península, Metalfrio, Restoque, Petlove, GJC, Keiretsu, Take, AACD, among others.

He has been a top leader (VP and CEO) of several companies, such as Medley, Vera Cruz Group, FDC, Hay Group, Korn / Ferry, among others. Alexandre has multisectoral and multicultural experience, having worked either executive or on projects in different continents. He is a PhD student in Communication - Cultures at ESPM.

He holds a Master's in Philosophy from Faculdade São Bento / USP, PGA from INSEAD and FDC, MBA from Fundação Getulio Vargas and Ohio University, an MBA in Finance from IBMEC / RJ and NYC, and has a degree in Administration and in Philosophy.

Alexandre is also a Professor at several universities.
