Michael is a Director in Kreischer Miller’s Transaction Advisory group. He has over 15 years of public accounting experience, most recently specializing in providing due diligence, quality of earnings, and merger and acquisition services to his clients. Prior to his advisory specialization, Michael provided a range of audit and accounting services to a variety of privately-held companies in the media, distribution, technology, and manufacturing industries. These services included benchmarking, industry surveys, forecasting, business contract analysis, and internal control assessments. Michael joined Kreischer Miller in 2005 upon graduation from college.
