Biography
Andreas Schönemann has extensive and diverse experience as a manager, consultant, and management trainer, drawing on a career spanning over 20 years in medium-sized companies.
Initially, as a partner and later as sales manager at a management consultancy specializing in sales marketing, he was responsible for developing sales strategies and training field staff. In Austria, he acquired numerous clients for the same consulting and training firm and worked as a consultant and trainer for companies such as Minolta, Skidata, Schachermayer, and Porsche.
He then moved to a management position at a market-leading B2B mail order company. As a partner manager and internal coach, he developed managers and franchise partners, as well as their teams. He then took over the reorganization of the sales department as sales manager at the same company. He developed a new multi-channel sales strategy and played a key role in reorienting the company.
In the last five years of his management career, Andreas Schönemann was Head of Corporate Development at an internationally operating medium-sized company, where he was responsible for establishing a systematic, sales-oriented personnel development program.
