Chris is our Division Manager in the Civil Infrastructure Division having joined ACRWORLD in June 2015 after spending 8 years in Sales and Call Centre Management back in his home country, Scotland. Having been responsible for all recruitment and training in his previous role, this certainly helped picking up recruitment here in Australia that little bit easier. Having previously been a candidate himself working on construction sites through a recruitment agency, Chris appreciates the employment process that candidates go through every day trying to find their next career opportunity. This personal experience has allowed Chris to incorporate a more empathetic approach to his candidates. With the Infrastructure market booming here in Australia, Chris’ competitive nature helps drive him whilst on the search to find top talent in a candidate short market.
