Jim Larkin has over twenty-five years of financial services search experience, including twenty years with his own firm. He has completed assignments in diverse disciplines such as asset management, capital markets, marketing, sales and risk management.

Prior to his career in executive search, Jim worked for ten years in the financial services sector with The Equitable Life Assurance Society, the Bradford Trust Company, and Marine Midland Bank. While with these organizations, Jim held positions in marketing, sales, and operations.

Jim received a Masters in Business Administration from Fordham University and a B.A. from Marist College.
