Jeff brings over seven years of executive recruitment experience to his role as an Executive Director with Arrow Search Partners. He graduated in 2015 from King’s College with a degree in Accounting. He began his career as an Auditor in the Banking and Capital Market Practice of PwC where he spent 2 years with the firm before transitioning into recruitment. Jeff values relationships and building rapport with his candidates. He prioritizes professional advice and doing the right thing for candidates and clients to create trust and value in the partnership.
