A founding director of JacksonStone & Partners and executive chairman, Richard collaborates with the senior leadership team in the strategic management of the company. He also works with the principal consultants to undertake executive search and recruitment, delivering leaders of exceptional experience and knowledge to a wide range of clients. Over the years, he has helped to train many new consultants; now, with a strong professional network, he is available to the team for advice and support, or for help in sourcing and placing candidates. Richard has previously been president of the Wellington Employers’ Chamber of Commerce, chair of UNICEF New Zealand, and a council member of Business New Zealand. He is currently chair of Life Flight Trust and a director of Commerce Building Limited.
