Ryan started his recruiting journey after a phone call with one of his former college baseball teammates in 2010. Since this discussion, Ryan has worked for two of the largest staffing companies in the US, specializing in placing candidates on both direct hire and long-term consulting opportunities. Ryan’s search consulting experience has included recruiting candidates for direct hire positions with publicly traded and privately held companies, including Fortune 100 clients with revenues exceeding $50 billion as well as filling long term consulting needs on large projects. He has placed senior level and middle management in a broad range of functional areas within oil and gas, energy, public accounting, manufacturing, distribution, construction, and real estate. A former NCAA baseball player, Ryan brings his competitive spirit and drive to the recruiting space with a high sense of urgency. Outside of work he enjoys playing golf, spending time with his family and four nephews, travel, cooking and cheering on the Houston Astros and Houston Texans. Ryan joins the team at Manhattan Resources recruiting for fulltime executive placement, interim and consulting services.
