Dwayne has over 9 years ‘industry experience where he is a specialist in the transportation and infrastructure sectors. He has worked across UK and Australia specialising in recruiting for a number of major rail and road/highways projects for contractors and consultancies alike. Working out of our Melbourne offices, he leads the charge as a Division Manager covering ACRWORLD’S Transportation division across Australia wide. Where he has been working and actively involved in Melbourne’s multi-billion-dollar projects such as; Melbourne Metro, West Gate Tunnel, NEPA (North Eastern Programme Alliance), SPA (Southern Programme Alliance), HCMT (High Capacity Metro Trains) and OSAR’S (Outer Suburban Arterial Roads) to name a few along with the upcoming North-East Link. Dwayne excels in providing all his clients with innovation resourcing solutions and has a strategic approach to finding top class talent, building great respect and rapport with his stakeholders by maintaining professional end to end service delivery and helping with recruitment on major projects that seamlessly aligned to the clients’ wider business objectives. Along with Dwayne’s agency recruitment experience, he has also worked internally and understands how to manage and business partner all levels of stakeholders from Junior to Director level. With this knowledge, he is able to work closely and effectively with large accounts. Outside of work, Dwayne has an athletic background playing at state level in South Africa for cricket, rugby and athletics. He was Club Captain at school and played semi-professional rugby, where he was coached by South African rugby legends such as Deon Keyser, Steve Atherton and John Allen. He is a massive Liverpool fan and supporter of the AFL Western Bulldogs.
