Göksel started her Executive Search career in 2003 and her clients cover a broad spectrum of multinational and leading Turkish firms. She has a strong focus on Consumer & Retail, Financial Services, Life Sciences, Technology & Telecommunications, Chemicals, Energy and Industry. Prior to TRANSEARCH, Göksel founded Humanera, an executive search firm and previously worked as a Consultant for E&E and Amrop. Before her career in Executive Search, she worked as Credit and Finance Manager within international hotel groups (Conrad International Istanbul and Hyatt Regency Istanbul) undertaking the establishment and development of credit and finance departments. She subsequently worked as Performance Consultant of Tansaş, the leading retail chain store and UNO, Filiz Makarna in the retail and food industries of the Doğuş Group, one of the leading groups of Turkey. She holds a degree in Business Administration.
