From December 2024, I will be working with great pleasure at &deBlauw, a boutique office in the heart of Rotterdam and Amsterdam. This step offers me 'the best of both worlds'. With 25 years of experience in employment mediation, much of which at the Randstad Group and USG People, I have built up a broad expertise in functional areas such as IT, HR, Legal, Finance and Marketing within various sectors. The past two years I have worked as an independent recruitment business partner, where I missed the team spirit and dynamics of agency recruitment. In my role as a senior consultant, I am driven, results-oriented and have a good sense of humor. I listen carefully to the needs of my clients and find it essential to match the right candidate with the specific requirements of the position. I believe that drive and passion are crucial for success in our field. I also expect passion for your profession from the candidates I mediate, only then can you be successful in what you do. I often receive appreciation for this from my clients. I live in Rotterdam with my boyfriend and our three children. In my free time I am active in the gym, play the piano and occasionally play a game of tennis. I am happy to use my experience at &deBlauw.
