Yelena Podkolzin is a director in the tax department of the Firm’s New York City office. She has ten years of tax accounting experience providing tax consulting and compliance services for clients in the real estate industry including real estate owners, developers, managers, REITs, institutional investors, hotel owners/operators.

Ms. Podkolzin spearheads all aspects of tax compliance and manages staff that prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership and foreign information returns. Working closely with her clients, Ms. Podkolzin helps to manage their domestic tax compliance and filings, as well as assists clients with foreign tax exposures.

Ms. Podkolzin is a board member of Marcum Women’s Advisory Board.
