Lenka joined AIMS in 2006 and since than since then has been responsible for business development in the Czech and Slovak Republic. She is leading the EMEA Automotive Practice Group. Through completing numerous senior – level assignments, partnering with global clients, she has established strong cooperation with clients in CEE across Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Retail and the Professional Services sector. Her previous experience includes 10 years in consulting and executive search services within organisations such as Neumann Holding and Madsen&Taylor.

Mrs. Pisackova holds a Master degree in Economy and International Relation from University of Economics in Prague. Besides her native Czech Lenka speaks fluent English and has a basic understanding of German
