With a degree in Business Administration and Management from IQS (Ramon Llull University), he completed his studies with an MBA from Middlesex University (United Kingdom) and a PDD from IESE. He began his professional career in the Research Department of Caixa Catalunya. Since 1998, he has worked in the Executive Search sector, having spent over three years as a Consultant at Ward Howell (Signium International). In 2001, he joined Seeliger y Conde as a Senior Consultant, and in January 2006, he was appointed Associate of the firm. In 2008 he joined Euromanager , where he is a Partner and Vice President.
