Caroline works in FGP’s Executive Search areas of Accounting and Finance, Sales and Marketing, Operations and Human Resources. Caroline helped establish and grow the Columbia office by building long lasting relationships with local, regional and national companies to assist in defining their talent management strategies. She has over 10 years of experience in Business Development, Talent Acquisition and Training within the recruiting industry. Having worked in many sectors of the business, she has a unique perspective that assists in providing creating solutions for her clients and candidates.

Prior to joining FGP, Caroline worked for several national recruiting organizations. Caroline is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and a recipient of FGP’s Rising Star Award.
