Lotti is our resident eco-champion and runs our ESG, Responsible Investment and Impact Investment recruitment practice, with a focus on Investment Management. She supports Asset Management, and Asset Owner firms, but has recently and continues to support RI Consultancies, ESG Ratings Agencies/Data Providers, and also specialist NGOs within the Sustainable Investing sphere.

She works with our clients on ESG generalist and specialist hires within; Stewardship & Engagement, ESG Integration and Research & Analysis, Impact Investing, ESG Product etc. Lotti can support hires across different asset classes (e.g. Fixed Income or Equity), sector specific (e.g. Energy or Utilities) and alternative investing such as Sustainable Real Estate. Her knowledge in this space has led her to support global hires.
