Hi, my name is Andrew Stoves, and I am a Partner at 3Search, recruiting for senior Demand Generation roles across North America. Since joining 3Search, I have filled vacancies on both the East and West Coast, as well as candidates who work remotely across North America with a vast number of clients. Before that I ran my own digital marketing recruitment business for three years. I wanted to try something different but continue to work in the same space that I have always loved. Going through that process has definitely made me a more rounded recruiter. Owning and running a business has allowed me to understand the trials and tribulations that more senior people experience in a business.
