Matt is an Associate Consultant at Parity Consulting, as well as a husband, father of two wonderful children, avid Birdwatcher and gaming enthusiast. If he's not walking a local nature trail, he can be found curled up on the couch with a nice book or on the computer researching a future travel destination. Matt's role at Parity is to act as first point of contact for candidates and ensure they are well-positioned for current and future job opportunities, specialising in Pricing and Actuarial roles. He also acts in a support role for one of our Senior Consultants, assisting in the entire process from candidate search and selection to follow-up interviews. Matt's approaches every relationship with enthusiasm and respect; keeping up to date on the latest industry trends and ensuring the best outcomes for everyone he partners with. He prides himself on his accountability and professionalism, and delivers on his promises to both candidates and clients alike. Matt joined the recruitment industry as part of Parity’s #RuleChange project, which showcased just how pushing the boundaries can produce exceptional results.
