I’m Melbourne born and raised and have grown up and lived in the South-East my entire life. I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business majoring in Economics and Finance in 2020 and have worked in sales and recruitment ever since. My recruitment background has almost entirely been working across recruiting permanent sales roles within FMCG, focussing on the Food, Beverage and Consumer Goods industries, where I have over 2 years experience specifically recruiting for tier 1&2 multinationals and SMEs. My role at Miller Leith is recruiting B2B and B2C sales roles within the FMCG industry, where I specialise in recruiting entry level through to senior level appointments at some of Australia’s leading organisations. The best part about my job is the satisfaction of being able to directly influence a candidate’s career journey and connect the dots between my clients and their organisation’s needs across their sales team. My life outside of work is much like life in recruitment – very social! I consider myself an extroverted introvert who loves getting out of the house to catch up with friends just as much as spending quality time with those closest to me. I’m an enthusiastic supporter of live music and events and am known to routinely frequent Melbourne’s best sandwich shops and deli’s on the weekend.
