Josefin is a partner and Head of the People, Talent & Legal International practice. She is based in True’s London office, and partners with investor-led internet, software, and technology businesses going through growth or international expansion, finding go-to-market and people leadership. Prior to joining True, Josefin spent 12 years in talent, OD, and transformation; most recently as the business transformation director for Thomson Reuters IP and Science (now Clarivate Analytics). She has held a variety of global OD roles at Warner Media in London and New York, and experienced a start-up environment first hand in general management for an edtech business. Josefin holds a Master of Law (LL.M) from Stockholm University, and studied at Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA. In a previous career, she was a professional singer and musician— and is still an active member of the London Symphony Chorus. She lives in London with her young son.
