Prior to joining us Seb spent three years working for the in-house executive search team at one of the world’s leading construction and engineering businesses. Before that he worked for several major executive search brands recruiting up to C-level in both public and private sectors. With over 15 years’ experience of executive and operational leadership-level recruitment in both the public and private sectors Seb works with clients in Local Government and Housing. He has a particular focus on organisational change, local government reorganisation, and regeneration. Seb is passionate about finding a blend between the best of public and private sectors and has worked with both types of organisations in helping them to identify the right talent to do so.
