Prior to joining Amrop, Eduardo was a Partner at Caldwell Partners Mexico, active in the Industrial, FMCG and Retail practices. Previously, he spent 6 years as a Client Partner at Korn Ferry Mexico, working with a number of multinational, regional and local family-owned companies to build and reinforce their leadership teams.

Prior to working in executive search, Eduardo was the General Director for Vanity Fair´s intimates business JV in Mexico. Earlier in his career, he held a diverse range of leadership roles within Monsanto, Merisant Mexico and The NutraSweet Company.

Eduardo holds an industrial engineering degree from Universidad Anahuac and an MBA from the IPADE in Mexico City.
