After 23 years in Human Resources with General Motors, Tenneco, White Motor, and Midland Ross, Art began his executive search career with Spencer Stuart in 1986. He has extensive experience conducting searches for C-Suite and senior functional management, as well as board of director assignments. Art has spent over 30 years in senior-level executive search. Art began his involvement with Comhar Partners as a Managing Director and has since become the firm’s Chairman. As the Chairman of the firm, Art acts as the champion for our clients and candidates. Art guides and directs our partners and staff to ensure that we are serving our clients and candidates as best as we possibly can. Art will continue to support select clients in executing searches in the manufacturing, engineering, and financial services sectors. He holds a B.A. degree in Economics from Ohio Wesleyan University. He is a member of the International Association of Corporate and Professional Recruitment (IACPR) and has served on the board of the Human Resources Management Association of Chicago (HRMAC).
