Damla joined Isaacson, Miller as an Associate in 2021. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as an Executive Recruiting Consultant for the UGA Search Group, an internal executive search function for the University of Georgia. Working within the higher education sector, Damla completed a variety of searches for executive leaders among campus, including associate vice presidents, deans, directors, and department heads. Damla is currently pursuing a Masters in Public Administration with a concentration in Public Management and Organization Theory at the University of Georgia. She is interested in the motivations of civil servants and organizations as they relate to driving large-scale process improvement.
