Ms. Adjas has over 30 years of experience in HR Consulting and Executive Search, having partnered with both multinational and local Indonesian organisations across a range of industries. Over the course of her career, Vera collaborated with boards and senior management teams to strengthen their organisations and Human Capital Management practices to support their business performance and transformation objectives. Mrs. Adjas’ expertise includes Executive Search and Human Capital & Leadership Consulting. She has completed numerous senior level Executive Search and Consulting engagements for clients across a variety of industry sectors in Indonesia including Natural Resources & Energy, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Health Services, Consumer Goods, and Public Sector. Mrs. Adjas has previously worked with PersolKelly Consulting Group, PricewaterhouseCoopers, TASS Consulting, and as an Independent HR Advisor. Mrs. Adjas earned a degree in Industrial Psychology from Curtin University in Western Australia, and she is also MBTI and Forte Institute certified. In addition to her native Bahasa Indonesian, Ms. Adjas speaks fluent English.
