Working within our international practice, I manage HR assignments throughout Continental Europe. I partner with both multinational blue-chip firms as well as local organisations to help them drive their HR talent acquisition strategies. These assignments include positions across the whole employee life cycle including HR generalists, talent acquisition, learning and leadership development, compensation and benefits and organisational transformation roles. Since early 2011 I have partnered with global and local firms to hire their HR talent across both the UK and Continental Europe. I have successfully worked on campaigns across Denmark, Sweden, France, Switzerland, Austria, Poland and Hungary and have partnered with global consumer and manufacturing brands, fast-paced technology firms, world-leading management consultancies and established financial services institutions to hire key HR leadership positions. Having started my own career in HR before moving into recruitment I have a keen interest in the latest HR trends. I strongly believe that HR has a key role to play in a changing business world and therefore ensuring you have strong HR partners is crucial to helping businesses achieve their goals. In addition, I have recently completed my Master's in HR and Organisational Management With parents from Germany and the US and early childhood spent in Asia and the Middle East, I am a true third culture individual with a fascination for travel and a strong understanding of different international corporate environments. Having worked across a diverse range of clients and geographies I have seen what good HR looks like. This allows me to provide a consultative approach and tailored solutions and advice aimed at helping you find your next career move or hire the best talent into your team. I value long-term partnerships and pride myself on providing exceptional service. My personal interests are fairly eclectic. I am an avid follower of Formula 1 and support Sebastian Vettel. I am an enthusiastic traveller with a passion for discovery. The best experiences I have had have often been the ones that have broadened my world view and given me exposure to new cultures. When in warmer tropical environments, I enjoy Scuba diving.
