Ben Kelly is a Recruiter within the Supply Chain and Logistics Practice. By using a relationship-focused approach, Ben understands that finding the correct cultural and organizational fit is key for both clients and candidates. Ben is a career consultant that is focused on building long term relationships with candidates. He has a heavy focus on Logistics roles including Director of Logistics, Fleet Management, 3PL Sales and Operations, and Customs Brokerage and Compliance. Ben graduated from the University of Cincinnati, where he was an NCAA Division I football player for the Bearcats, and is also an alumnus of the Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Incorporated. Outside of work, Ben enjoys spending time with his family. He is also a big proponent of health and enjoys working out and eating right. Ben is a huge sports fan and enjoys watching football, basketball, baseball, boxing, and UFC fights. An Ohioan through and through, Ben loves the Cleveland Browns, Guardians (formerly Indians), Cavaliers, Lebron, and the Buckeyes (unless they’re playing the Bearcats!)
