Having partnered closely with founders and investors, he is familiar with the challenges and opportunities the leadership team faces while tech companies are undergoing high-growth. Therefore his functional expertise is mainly about building and scaling agile, lean and high-performing teams. Prior to joining True, Chris worked as a consultant with a boutique executive search firm, and with an internationally renowned recruitment consultancy. Before this, he worked as a senior advisor and head of staff of a Federal Minister of Germany.
