With legal and literary training, Sophie Vatté-Refes began her professional career in communication and events as a Recruitment Manager. In 1990 she turned to the real estate and construction sector by joining the recruitment and human resources consulting firm Daniel Porte Consultants. In 1995, she became Head of the Real Estate, Retail and Distribution Practice of the firm which became TMP Worldwide then Hudson Global Resources. before taking on the Real Estate and Construction Department in 2014. In 2015, she joined forces in the creation of DVA Executive Search, which she manages with Laurent Derote. Bilingual French-Spanish, Sophie cultivates a passion for these two cultures.
