I qualified as a surveyor and worked as a surveyor for 10 years before joining Macdonald & Company in 2000. I have worked exclusively in the Real Estate Services Team formerly the General Practice team in London covering the disciplines of Estate Management, Corporate Real Estate, Investment, Development, Fund Management, Asset Management, Professional, Valuations and Agency and Acquisitions / Disposals. I am a Director of the company and a shareholder. I have recruited property professionals at all levels from graduate to Director level using Executive Search, Advertised Selection and Contingency methods. My clients include top 5 consultancies, major property companies, developers, funds, banks, corporate organisations and retailers, many of whom use me on an exclusive/retained basis. I have first-rate knowledge of the property industry having come from a surveying background, and I have a huge network of contacts.
