Lauren has been working in the staffing industry for 8 years, and has been with The Bachrach Group for the last 5 years, where she leads the Office Support division. After graduating from Mount Saint Mary College with a BA in History/Political Science and a Minor in Business, Lauren led the recruitment team at Adecco for their Princeton, NJ office. While at Adecco, she discovered her passion for recruiting, which eventually led her to The Bachrach Group in NYC. Lauren and her team are geared to accommodate temporary and temporary-to-permanent needs at a moment’s notice within all industries throughout the country. She has always believed that building strong and trusting relationships with both her clients and candidates is the key to being successful in the staffing industry.
