With over 20 years of experience, Kate has spent her entire career building relationships here in the Twin Cities both in search and corporate recruiting functions. Kate earned her B.A. at the University of Minnesota in Psychology with an emphasis in Industrial Psychology and a Certificate in Industrial Relations. Kate spent 8 years working for a global chemical manufacturing company. She has built strong local and national relationships in Manufacturing and Engineering. Kate focuses on top talent engineers with the best culture fit for her client’s environments.
