Having worked in legal & compliance recruitment for over 10 years, Miles regularly undertakes senior search assignments for blue-chip organisations looking to bolster their legal function, as well as supporting the growth of the compliance community within the City’s top UK & US law firms. Miles has a particular passion for helping scale-up companies source their first General Counsel or searching for candidates with searching for candidates with niche specialisms in data privacy, ESG, anti-bribery & corruption, conflicts, sanctions and ethics.
