With extensive experience in the agricultural and food industry and in-depth consulting expertise, Rainer Haske is a valued contact for companies when it comes to filling key positions with the right people. After completing his dual studies as a graduate industrial engineer – combined with training as an industrial clerk at an international agricultural technology company – he worked for several years in international sales for a leading mechanical and plant engineering company. At the same time, he furthered his management and sales skills through an MBA program. Since 2012, his focus has been on personnel consulting: With a strong understanding of markets, structures, and people, Rainer Haske supports agribusiness companies in the search and selection of specialists and management personnel – both nationally and internationally. Rainer Haske has been a member of the management team of Dr. Schwerdtfeger Personalberatung since 2020 and, together with Dr. Clemens Schwerdtfeger, is shaping the company's strategic development. He lives in Emstek with his wife and three children. He enjoys traveling, is active in sports, and volunteers for the Cloppenburg Lions Club.
