With over 10 years’ experience in remuneration from both in-house and consulting roles, his experience includes working with clients from all sectors including the Government, Private and Not for Profit Sectors. Prior to re-joining Korn Ferry, Neil was a Senior Manager at EY Four providing remuneration advice. He has also been the lead remuneration advisor for a large government agency where he led the strategic remuneration while also coaching, training, and managing the operational remuneration activities, including the Job Evaluation panel. Neil was part of the core team addressing a Pay Equity claim within a New Zealand government agency and led the development of Gender Pay reporting and resolution initiatives.
