Thaísa is in her final year of Psychology at FMU. Before joining EXEC, she worked in a specialized recruitment and selection consultancy, focusing on operations, technology, and commercial areas. She participated in projects across various market segments, including international partners, and developed strong experience in client relationship management and market mapping. Currently, as a Consultant at EXEC, Thaísa is based in the São Paulo office.
